On your arrival day, your room will be ready for you from 02:00 PM. If you plan to arrive later than 08:00 PM please call us to let us know. Please clear your room by 10:00 AM when you depart. Late check-out is principally possible but please contact us for more details.

Payment through electronic-cash-terminal (EC-card), sorry, no credit card or checks !
Cancellation is subject to the Austrian hotel regulations.
Dogs:
Are welcome here - we’ve got one, too. However, please understand that dogs are not allowed in certain rooms and - in order to respect other guests and their interests - please don’t bring your dog to the breakfast and lounge area. The fees for a dog are EUR 3.- per day. Please note that we reserve the right to also charge the costs for possibly required cleaning.
